Customer Data to train their models except as needed to provide the Service.

organisation per roles, where required by law, or in a business transfer.

5. Tenant Isolation & Security

We enforce strict tenant isolation — each customer's data is separated and never

mixed with another's. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and

monitoring. No system is perfectly secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information while your account is active and as needed for

legal and operational purposes. After termination, Customer Data is kept for 30

days for export, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by

We offer a free then and offer credit top ups base don usage however it is not possible to refund credits once purchase .

If you have not been alloted any plan after successful payment we will however contact you and make sure you account is credited with the paid amount .

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the RazeForce platform and services (the

"Service"), operated by Razeforce Private Limited ("RazeForce", "we", "us"). By

creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RazeForce provides a B2B software platform for demolition, mining, and related

contractors, including AI-assisted document generation, field data collection,

and compliance tracking. Available features depend on your plan and user role.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and

are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and

able to enter into contracts. Notify us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] of any unauthorised use.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees

isolation — your data is never mixed with another customer's. You grant us a

limited licence to process Customer Data to provide the Service, as described in

our Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are a drafting aid only and may contain errors. You are responsible

for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on it. RazeForce does not

provide legal, safety, or professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related software and content (excluding Customer Data) are

owned by RazeForce. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the

Service during your subscription.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or

terminate access for breach or non-payment. On termination, Customer Data is

available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum

extent permitted by law, RazeForce is not liable for indirect or consequential

damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the

12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use

after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
